Beyond my professional career in agribusiness, I have always been driven by a passion for innovation and creating unique experiences that enrich everyday life. This drive led me to develop two distinct yet equally meaningful ventures:
La Dolores Fine Food Bar & Gallery, a one-of-a-kind gathering space in Valle de Bravo (Mexico) that blended gastronomy, music, and motorcycle culture, offering an immersive social and cultural experience.
iGrow, an initiative that brought plant cultivation closer to urban communities by making edible and medicinal plants accessible, practical, and decorative. Through high-tech, sustainable methods, we empowered people—especially children—to reconnect with nature and understand the origins of their food.
Both projects reflect my commitment to innovation, sustainability, and meaningful connections—whether through food, nature, or shared experiences.
